ATI Radeon 9550

I'm about to upgrade my monitor and so I also need to upgrade my video
card. I'm thinking of getting an ATI Radeon 9550 as it seems to have the
features I want. Question is: how well is this card supported under
Ubuntu Dapper? Any gotchas, I need to know about? If it's not going to
work, can anyone recommend an alternative in a similar price range?
