How to delete users gnome-panel config?

I've come across a bug in edgy which causes gnome-panel to crash on
startup and launch bug buddy, of course gnome panel continuously
restarts and crashes.

This is only happening with one user account, so my guess is if I
could reset that users gnome-panel config it would stop, then I could
file the bug report.

But what files do I need to remove?

I found ~/.gnome2/panel2.d/

but that didn't do it. I can't find anything else.
