I'm currently using Banshee - or, rather, trying to, but it simply isn't
synchronizing correctly.
For example, let's say I have 1.5 gigs filled on my 4-gig iPod mini, leaving
2.5 open. (Yeah, it's actually 3.7, but let's keep it all simple for the
sake of the example). Now perhaps I add a lot of songs, so now I have a
library in Banshee composed of 3 gigs - which easily fits onto the iPod. But
when I click "Sync," I get an error: "You need 3 gigs but only have
2.5free!" Mind you,
1.5 gigs of that is the same on both iPod and computer, so in fact I only
need 1.5 gigs free... but Banshee doesn't seem to understand this.
