Hi,
>From the apt-get help switch:
Usage: apt-get [options] command
.
.
.
-d Download only - do NOT install or unpack archives
after executing:
$ sudo apt-get -d upgrade
go to /var/cache/apt/archives/ and burn them to a CD-R.
On the target system:
$ sudo apt-get -o dir::cache=/media/cdrom
(if that's your cdrom device)
I havn't tried it myself- I got it all from executing:
$ apt-get --help
