Screensaver rather slow...

Hi,

I've been using skyrocket in gnome-screensaver for a long time, but 
recently I noticed that it became very slow. I tried some other 
screensavers, and it seems that especially those from Really Slick are 
so slow (they're almost unusable).

I just upgraded Dapper everytime there were available upgrades, so I 
can't figure out what happened. My box is not busier than before, at 
least "top" doesn't show any process using more than 0.1% of the CPU.

Did anyone else notice the same?
