Edgy: Broken IMAP support in Evolution 2.8

I vaguely remember seeing a bug suggesting that IMAPrev4 support was to
be dropped, at least for new users. Existing accounts would continue to
work, but new accounts could not be created as IMAPrev4. Just use IMAP!
You could search launchpad for more details.
