Where is /etc/inittab? (Edgy Beta 1)

Hi all,

I just noticed that /etc/inittab is missing in Edgy Beta 1. But there
is still /etc/init.d,  /etc/rcX.d and init.

Edgy introduced a new init system, but the scripts in /etc/init.d seem
to be the same? Also it's still using runlevels, but I was unable to
figure out which is the default runlevel and how can I configure the
new init system (eg what happens when ctrl-alt-del is pressed)
