When do you turn off your Ubuntu boxes?

I keep mine on all the time because I run a private mail server which
allows me to send and receive mail locally bypassing my ISP or any other
remote mail server.  It's a security and privacy issue for me.  I also
host a couple of small web sites on my box.  It's primarily a desktop
system, but it could probably be classified as a server as well,
although I used the Ubuntu desktop CD and just installed the minimal
server stuff I needed after the initial install.
