Where is 'ar' ?

It doesn't matter - the point I was trying to make is that it is irrelevant
whether or not he has apt-file - Joan told him where to find it, and most
of the rest of us could have used the tools already on our system to give
the same result.  He didn't need the tool to take advantage of someone
else's knowledge.
