laptop <--> desktop data sync utility in ubuntu

hi,

I frequently change my pc and would love to have a tool that
snychronizes my data on both pcs.

I know there is a tool called rsync which does this job very
effectlively, but I am really short at time in these days and would like
to have something that does not require too much reading..

Is there any gui-tool available for this?
