Most people, I think, would consider a 'music cd' to be one that
can be played in all regular cd players. If you wish to define it
to include cds with mp3s and a file system then what you say is
not at all true because you can't mount the music cds that don't
have a file system.
(Yes, I can be pedantic too ;-)
