HI,
if you put about:config in the URL address bar, and hit "enter"
should have a page to scroll down.

The line you need reads
middlemouse.contentLoadURL     default   boolean    false

Double  click the line and it will change to

middlemouse.contentLoadURL      user set  boolean   true
