Need help for setting up AverMedia AverTV Hibrid+FM Cardbus

Hello,
How to me to setting up TV-tuner AverMedia AverTV Hibrid+FM Cardbus? I've
got installed Kubuntu Linux 6.10 + kernel 2.6.17.10 Kernel does not
support the this tuner. The problem in that that at inclusion is not
present either the image, or a sound.
