Updating Ubuntu from CD

Updating from 5.10 directly to 6.10 is not supported and will likely
cause major problems. You need to do 5.10 -> 6.06 LTS -> 6.10

Updating from CD is possible, but you need the "Alternate Install CD",
NOT the "Desktop CD". Follow these guides:
