Edgy: Evolution: Open link in browser stopped working

Interesting problem. I suddenly had something similar not long ago in
edgy. I have the default gnome browser also installed, Galleon, and all
of a sudden evolution started using it to open links instead of firefox.
I fixed that by looking in 'System > Preferences > Prefered
Applications'

Maybe that'll help you?
