How to report bugs

Hi Everybody,

I just want to know how to I need to report bugs in Ubuntu. With Debian
I used to use reportbug. And this way the mantainer of the package would
be notified. reportbug seems not to work the same way in Ubuntu. Can I
keep using reportbug as in Debian, or should I use another program?
