spellchecking in firefox 2.0 (under edgy)

Hello all,

I read in many places online that you can add words to firefox's 
dictionary by right-clicking on an underlined word and choosing "add to 
dictionary." When I click on a word firefox thinks is misspelled, I 
don't have that option.

Does anyone else have that problem? I'm using edgy's automatically 
installed version of firefox 2.0, with the default theme.
