Ubuntu has corrupted my file !

as i have suspected about that .... my guess was a bit close ... now what my
issue is that why every time there is a forced dosfsck check at startup when
you have a dual boot system ?? or you have only vfat partition ... is there
any way to stop that ???
or some how control it ... every time i work on ubuntu and try to access or
use vfat ... after restart there is always a dosfsck .... why is that ?????
