Please try appending each of the following kernel parameters separately:
pci=routeirq
pci=noacpi
noapic

You would append the parameter to the grub boot menu that appears when
you are able to choose whether to boot into Ubuntu Linux.

Press 'e' on the highlighted entry, scroll down to the kernel line,
press enter to edit it, and add the parameter. Afterward, press enter,
then 'b' to activate it.
