AFAIK, Ubuntu doesn't come with one.  Google for examples and roll your own.

As I understand it, the reason for this is that since Ubuntu ships with no 
open ports listening to anything, their position is that no firewall is 
necessary.  If you modify the configuration, then it's up to you to keep it 
secure.
