Installing Kubuntu without removing Win98 & WinXP

First of all, you do not have to reinstall if you want to switch from
Ubuntu to Kubuntu. Simply install kubuntu-desktop, then log out and
choose the Kubuntu session at the login screen. If you want you can then
remove ubuntu-desktop and all Gnome packages .

After that you can run System/Administration/Update Manager to upgrade
5.10 to 6.06.

If you absolutely want to do a fresh install of Kubuntu, what exactly is
it you need help with? Judging from the 3 OSes on your computer it seems
you already managed to install Ubuntu once without removing WinXP and
Win98. Installing Kubuntu is no different.
