procmail has stopped working

You're quite right, my webhosting support came back overnight with the
same answer, and it is now working properly.

What worries me is that I simply had no idea that copying the file over
ftp to my computer, editing it, and copying it back again, would change
something like that.

Does that always happen with ftp, or is it a problem with nautilus?
