While I understand that there are many questions on this list and it is
helpful to be able to compose one's answers in the shortest time
possible, and there are many questions which are asked countless times,
this is a perfect example of what happens when one answers without
taking the time to read the question. Dwain specifically said in his
question "i need more than a viewer"! He also had "pdf editor" in there,
and "akin to acrobat *(full version)*" (emphasis added).

I keep seeing this happen with increasing frequency, especially on
#ubuntu, but now on the forums and here as well. In #ubuntu, where I
have the most experience with the issue, users get very upset about
this, and it makes us look quite bad.

Please, take a moment to make sure that you are actually responding to
the question that the user is asking.

To Dwain, I apologise for these answers. There are questions that are
asked through Ubuntu's support methods with great frequency, and when
asking something that might look similar to one of those questions, it
is easy for people here to not realise that you are asking something
unusual.

Thank you,
Constantine Evans
