Xen on Edgy

Hi, is Xen a good idea to split sites and services up into virtual 
servers ?  I assume this requires different apache processes and 
installations ?

Has anyone tried out ISPConfig aswell would this work with Xen at all , 
or does Xen have its own control panel ? I have a new freshly installed 
server but ive already installed packages im assuming i can still try 
and setup a xen installation aswell ?
