If you're thinking what I'm thinking (that he created the dir but
didn't give it the necessary permissions) you are me. This has bitten
me in the past.

Thinking "this must be simpler than what I imagine" often helps.
Especially dealing with computer-illiterate people (no offence meant
to you, OOzy Pal).
