He is absolutely correct.  You just have to fiddle around with it.  When you
stick a pin in the back end I would also turn off the modem.  The "turn on
the modem, wait 60 seconds, turn on the router, wait 60 seconds" method
turns out to be critical sometimes.  Let us know how things go.
