How to change status of bug reports in launchpad?

Either that isn't true, or I've been given some special access without 
my knowledge. If you click on the package name in Affects, you should be 
able to change the Status. The only thing that I know cannot be changed 
by normal users is Importance, which can only be set by ubuntu-qa members.
