I had a similar issue with my PC and had the change a line the read PCI:0:5:1 to PCI:5:0:1 which allowed X to work. Try doind something similar on yours by editing /etc/X11/xorg.conf and changing the BUS ID to from PCI:0:2:1 to PCI:2:0:1 and see if that works.
It worked for me so might do so for you.
