Firefox/Flock issues

Alright all...

So I finally upgraded to Edgy today, and some websites wouldnt work
(flash)... so I tried to reinstall flash with the help of someone in the
#ubuntu IRC channel, but every time I open Firefox or Flock (my preferred
browser, really) I get like 10 seconds of use and it shuts. Even faster when
I go to a page with flash on it.

So now I am back on my windows partition so I can write this email... can
anyone give me some tips so I can go back over to ubuntu already?
