Nope - mutt does not have even a plain MTA built in
It's a deliberate choice - see http://wiki.mutt.org/?MailConcept/Advocacy
(although there is a hint at the bottom of the page that this may no longer be
completely true)
Besides, a working postfix means logs and cronjobs get forwarded
nicely from your system etc.
