Somewhat similar, at least for the dvd authoring, would be
dvdstyler[1] - not in the repos. Its fairly easy to use, although some
of the options can be confusing.

To get the files ready to be vobbed, I'd have to say use google and
read up on using transcode and mplex. While it can be somewhat
confusing, there are very good guides out there[2]. I've never gotten
a result using graphical tools which would equal that I get using the
command-line.
