Dapper PPC on Mac - wireless problem

I am trying to install the Dapper RC on a Mac Mini which uses a  
Broadcom chip in its Airport wireless card.  Dapper recognized the  
driver and installed the module (a big step forward), but I was  
unsucessful in configuring the network (I entered the ssid and WEP  
key but still no networking).  I tried this with both the Live CD and  
the alternate (text-based installation) version.

The Broadcom driver web site <http://bcm43xx.berlios.de> mentions the  
need for a fwcutter tool but the Dapper installation process doesn't  
appear to address that.  Did I miss something?
