Thanks for the tips. Can you please tell me what this
is all about? Sorry to lay so much in your lap. I
adjusted the list file like you said and ran update.
There is the persistent "gzip" error. And the one
about not finding the file. What's going on here? I
wanted to "show upgrades" with the -u switch. This
didn't work until I entered apt-get -u upgrade. Was
that correct?
