Problems with SMP Kernels - Which Mailing List?

I'm having trouble with SMP kernels under Breezy.

Looking at all the Ubuntu mailing lists, I see "kernel-bugs" and
"kernel-team".  Should I send the details to one of those "kernel"
lists, this (ubuntu-users) list, or some other list?
