Well, sorry.. Something goes from version 2.15.2 to version 2.16.0..
How many places behind the decimal dot are people expected to get
excited over.. 

As for 'Outdated'...  When Gimp goes from version 2.2.11.5.3 to version
2.2.11.5.3-and-a-half, is an operating system then outdated right then
and there? :)
