Xen 3.0.1 with Ubuntu Dapper in DOM0

xenify.sh seems to assume that /boot is ext2 filesystem, but I am using
ext3.  I vaguely remember that I have to dig into the initrd image or
tweak the kernel image, but I forget the drill.  Grrrr.](*,)

OK looking into it more, I think it is a problem with LVM since root is
actually on an LVM, but boot is /dev/hda1.  But GRUB menu.lst said
root=/dev/hda1, changed it to point to the correct LVM and re-ran
grub-install /dev/hda, but still getting:

Error 15: File not found
