I have to agree here. If you tell the user to change mail applications
you are not helping them with their problem and veering off-topic. If we
all focus on the specific issue, fixing the user's problem with
evolution, we will perform a better service to all Ubuntu users who may
also have this problem and want to use evolution.

Also, evolution does things, like calendaring and exchange connecting
that Thunderbird cannot do, so sometimes users are forced to use a
specific application and telling them to switch is not helpful.
