[Dapper] How can one enable Xv extension for X11?

Hi,
In Breezy, my X11 driver had Xv extension enabled by default.
In Dapper, it's no longer the case (for both nv and nvidia drivers) and 
thus video playback stops sometimes, then continue after a fraction of a 
second (which means you have to come back a bit and replay that part, 
else you miss what the actors are saying).

Could someone help me to configure it?

If I want to report the bug, what package should I report it against?
