PDA advice

Hi,

I'm having a terrible time getting my palm V working with dapper (won't sync
at all, the /dev/ttyUSB devices are not being set up right; for a whiel
pilot-xfer worked and now that seems broken too) and anyway the battery is
dying, so I think I'm going to get a new one.  I was thinking about the Palm
T|X but also wondering whether anyone out there has a PDA whose features
they really like, and which syncs more or less effortlessly with their
computer.
