Yep, that's what I meant with "Universal Ubuntu". Some 40 Gb hard disk would 
be quite suitable for such "superset" distro, including possible near future 
developments :-)  With hard disk price tag around $30 (see e.g. 
http://www.geeks.com/products.asp?cat=HDD ) it wouldn't be much more 
expensive than bunch of Double Side DVD+R or alike.
