update manager

Dapper is updated daily (almost release time). That's why the icon is
there every day. If you click on it, it is supposed to open up the
update manager and check for the updates. If that is done (if the
window isn't greyed out anymore), you should click on "install
updates". Let it run until it says it is finished. Then click close.
The updates should now be installed.
