Flash plug-in & sound under Dapper

Has anyone gotten sound working with Flash under Dapper? There are a
couple of bugs filed on this, suggesting some workarounds, ie:

but I have not had any success (it was working under Breezy).

On the other hand, sound works fine with Flash on my other box running FC5.
