Do not upgrade directly from Hoary to Dapper. You will break your system. Instead upgrade from Hoary to Breezy and from Breezy to Dapper. I upgrade my laptop from Warty to Dapper that way and it worked well overall. I had few small problems, but nothing major go wrong. -- Sef
