Yup, I just found it via another route:

So are bugs like <https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/32337> marooned and ignored?

So far we've found three buglists (savannah, synaptic and source/synaptic) for
synaptic which are completely unconnected (none refer to any other).  Perhaps
there are other buglists for synaptic we haven't found yet?
