By browsing the mailing-list messages, I have now found the bug-list page:
  http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?group=synaptic

However, it seems that bugs reported in launchpad are not propagated.  Could a
link to the real bug-list be put on the synaptic page in launchpad?
