Ohiggins is one sick dude

Something is seriously wrong with the portion of the forum which interfaces 
with the mail list, as noted in several messages here. As an example, Alan 
McKinnon's post beginning at the center of this page:
http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=172607&page=3
is repeated over and over, filling pages 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

As is common with Alan's posts, it is well written and informative, but it 
isn't that damn good! (No offense meant, Alan).

Several other threads seem to be suffering from the same problem.
