[Q] upgrade Flight-6 to Flight-7?

I don't think you need the CD to upgrade. I believe if you type

    sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get upgrade
--------------------
 you will have the same as the newer flight. Some have suggested 
Code:
--------------------
    sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
--------------------
 but don't know how that's any different if you already have Dapper.
