[Q] upgrade Flight-6 to Flight-7?

*back up*your data.



then from Terminal



sudo apt-get update



sudo apt-get dist-upgrade





This will update your system to Flight 7.  However, your system should
automatically update to flight 7.  Just install the updates as you are
instructed to.
