Human theme is broken in Dapper 8-May-2006 Daily Build i386 Installation

I installed Dapper from 8-May-2006 Daily Build i386 Installation CD.
After booting the new system gdm came up with this error message:

Error loanding Human theme
Can't open file /usr/share/gdm/themes/Human/Human.xml

When I logged in the a default blue gnome theme with no backround
image and ubuntu colors and decorations was loaded.

Installing the available updates and rebooting have not solved the
problem till now and locate can't locate Human.xml or human.xml in my
system.
