Printer instances in Ubuntu?

Don:
Although I've never done this myself, I understand that you can do this be 
just installing more printers, each set up for a specific type of printing. 
Well, actually they are the same physical printer, but you give them 
different names. For example, one would be "Draft", another "Double sided", 
another "Four up", etc.
